Loverly experience from the very start! Me and my dog FinnIey was lucky enough to win the session through a competition. From initial phone call to having my wall art delivered, the information and service given was great. Mark ensured everything was in place for a calm, safe and fun experience for me and Finn - this was really appreciative given that Finn can be reactive. We went at my dogs pace and 100% respect given from the first meeting to settle him, allowing him to check the rooms out and approach at his own pace. During the shoot Mark was relaxed and happy to work with what Finn tolerated; never pushing him to do more. We went back at a date that worked for both of us to see the results once edited - this was amazing as he’d got better shots than I thought. We went through all the options and different frames/ types of wall art available with no pressure to purchase anything. What a  wonderful experience.  I have never had professional photographs taken of any of our pets before.  Mark had loads of patience with Edie and produced some stunning pictures. I was lucky enough to win a Pawtrait Experience with my German Shepherd, Kairo, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Mark was incredibly welcoming, patient, and professional. Kairo can be full of energy and easily distracted at times, but Mark was amazing with him throughout the entire session. He took the time to make Kairo feel comfortable and relaxed, and his calm, friendly approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. It was clear how much Mark loves working with dogs, and his talent really shines through. He managed to capture not only Kairo’s beauty and character but also his goofiness, which means so much to us. The photographs are absolutely incredible and far exceeded our expectations. Seeing the final images left us completely blown away. They are stunning, memories that we will treasure forever. I can’t recommend Mark highly enough to anyone considering a Pawtrait Experience.
